The new Fairmont Century Plaza includes the redevelopment of the existing landmark hotel, additional dining and retail, and two new condominium towers. YCG worked with the design (Pei Cobb Freed, HED, Gensler, Marmol Radziner, and Rios) and development team to integrate a range of food and beverage, retail, services, parking and other uses into a complex mixed-use building. YCG also assisted the development team with operating considerations such as parking, budgets, and other aspects of the project. The $2.5 billion development will be delivered in phases through 2026.
