Vista Canyon is a new transit-oriented, master-planned community. The 185-acre mixed-used development includes 1,100 residential units, 950,000 square feet of office and retail space and a new Metrolink Station. YCG assisted JSB Development in evaluating market demand, tenant mix and planning of the mixed-use and retail components of the project. The project's first two phases have opened, including residential, office, and the Vista Canyon Intermodal Center with regional Metrolink service and a state-of-the-art multimodal ransit facility. Additional phases are slated for completion through 2035.
