The Wilshire Grand Center is the tallest building in the western United States. The project includes 889 hotel rooms, 400,000 square feet of office space above a four-level retail podium and subterranean parking. The project features a 70th story sky lobby with world-class restaurants and lounge spaces. YCG assisted project architect AC Martin Partners with the design, configuration, and retail tenant mix as well as providing input to the project's financial analysis team.
