Vista Canyon is a new transit-oriented, master-planned community in Santa Clarita, California.
The 185-acre mixed-used plan, which includes 1,100 residential units, 950,000 square feet of
office and retail space and a new Metrolink Station and Bus Transfer Station, was approved for
development by the City of Santa Clarita in 2011. YCG is assisting JSB Development, LLC in
evaluating market demand, tenant mix and planning of the mixed-use and retail components of
the project.
