Project: Wilshire Grand, Downtown Los Angeles, California
Client: Korean Airlines, a subsidiary of The Hanjin Group
The Wilshire Grand tower will be the tallest building in the western United States when it opens in 2017. The
project will include 900 hotel rooms, 400,000 square feet of office space above a four-level retail podium and
subterranean parking. The project will feature a 70th story sky lobby with a world-class restaurant and pool
deck on the top floors. YCG is assisting project architect AC Martin Partners with the design, configuration and
tenant mix of the project’s retail elements as well as providing input to the project's financial analysis team, led
by The Maxima Group.
