From 1997 to 2010, Mr. York provided a wide range of development consulting services to Camana Bay, a 650-acre development including various uses: residential, office, retail, entertainment, hotel, a private school, a marina and parks. YCG addressed market, phasing, infrastructure, design and regulatory issues and assisted with implementation of the town centre.
